What We Need YOU To Do:
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest administrative professional in the District Operations Office at our Southwest District Office in Montgomery County.

As an administrative professional, you will provide secretarial assistance in a technical environment for the Southwest District Office (SWDO) by performing routing administrative tasks. You will produce typed copy, to include formatting, of complex technical material from notes, electronic or written copy, while proofing documents and make corrections.
You are also going to perform clerical duties including sending out mail, receiving and distributing mail, ordering supplies, and reserving conference rooms. You will also perform office file maintenance, including routine filing of agency documents, purging, scanning, electronic documents scanning and ingesting and tracking, consolidating and/or creating files for the active and archive filing systems.
You will also assist the Motor Pool Coordinator with processing reservations and returns.

Qualifications
- 1 yr. trg. or 1 yr. exp. in secretarial science or business office applications.
- For positions requiring technical terminology, applicants must also have 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in relevant technical terminology.
