The Amazon Business Canada marketing team is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy in Canada. The role will be responsible for driving Amazon Business SSR registrations via marketing channels including Direct Mail, Email, Onsite Channels, Telemarketing and more. The role is largely focused on the development, execution, and maintenance of marketing initiatives to drive performance. Our ideal candidate has expertise in campaign and promotion strategy with the ability to launch and lead multi-channel campaigns. A skillset in experimentation and analyzing results is critical.
You need to demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about rolling up their sleeves to help shape customer obsessed experiences for Amazon Business customers. Lastly, the ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with team members is important.
Key job responsibilities
– Develop, execute, and maintain marketing channels that inspire consumers and drive acquisition.
– Engage with marketers across Amazon Business to leverage best practices for acquisition marketing strategies.
– Strong written and verbal communications skills, the ability to influence others, a passion for marketing, and strong cross-functional relationships.
– Strong and successful communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Email, Paid Search and Paid Social
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of segmentation and developing customer profiles experience
– 2+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
