Overview
Enterprise Holdings has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position will play a key role for the Business Management Department in supporting various internal departments and external vendors with a variety of accounting and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
The starting pay for this position is $19.23/hour. This is a Full-Time position working 40 hours per week. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with start times ranging between 7am-9am CST.

Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis.
- Execute accounts payables and receivables in a timely manner
- Prepare financial statements/reporting documentation
- Management of report preparation and distribution
- Establish effective communication lines with other departments
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
