This role will be Hybrid out of Davidson, NC.

Job Summary

The International Trade Compliance and Logistics Program Manager is responsible for managing programs or phases of projects to ensure the completion of milestones within budget, performance tracking, and progress of project against committed timeline(s). Projects could include phase in/out of software, integration consolidation, global roll out of toolsets in the ecosystem, or other improvement needs for the International Trade Compliance and Logistics team(s).

The International Trade Compliance and Logistics Program Manager will delivery projects with both vendor and in-house applications for trade compliance and international logistics including E2O, Visibility, internally developed compliance applications and many others in our current ecosystem. This candidate will be responsible for assisting with the business and functional requirements and will work closely with the IT teams to execute the projects on the strategy to meet those requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Assume program management responsibility for the delivery and execution of global trade compliance and international logistics ecosystem strategy.
• Follow the phase gate processes to ensure timely completion of projects, on budget, and meeting the needs of the customer(s).
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a dashboard to measure and track all initiatives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators relating to systems performance, usage, and up time.
• Responsible for identification and execution of continuous improvement to drive process improvement for the area of functional responsibility.
• Drive for each project to Develop, implement and keep current standard operating procedures and standard work instructions to support functional area of responsibility.
• Ensure the proper training for projects are defined, developed, and delivered to the user community on systems functionality.
• Develop, implement, and measure project stabilization and sustain metrics bound by project key metrics.
• Participate and lead regular program/project reviews in coordination with the leadership team along with the Director of Global Trade Compliance and international logistics.
• Perform other duties as may be required maintaining a customer focused attitude and supporting the Global Trade Compliance and International Logistics.
• Assist in data governance framework at the enterprise level, with a focus on simplifying data management and facilitating use of tools such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Manage projects through the TTPDP. The scope of these projects could include both the development of new software and significant enhancements/changes to existing software.
• Track all ongoing projects and communicate their status in a timely manner to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Subject matter expertise in relevant areas of trade compliance and international logistics is required.
• Fluency in English oral and written.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis and Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of trade compliance/international logistics related program/project management experience required.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated the ability to analyze facts, identify issues and represent findings and ideas with clear, well thought out visual representations using Visio diagrams and PowerPoint presentations.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as with multiple cross-functional teams spanning both business and technology groups.
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills and advanced functions within these applications.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Experience in global logistics systems deployments preferred.

• Strong project management and computer skills (emphasis on Microsoft Excel) is required.
• Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented, and possesses the ability to anticipate problems and diffuse situations.
• The ability to multi-task and ability to work under time constraints and business priorities.
• Working knowledge of Oracle is preferred.

Base Salary: $100,000-$160,000. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
