How you’ll make an impact:
AdsWizz, a SiriusXM subsidiary, is looking for a driven Associate Director, Global Marketing, Adtech to support the global marketing strategy and execution, specifically for brand, digital and content. This role requires the individual to be the brand ambassador, brand police and mastermind for strategic brand campaigns across online and offline marketing channels. This individual will oversee all the content and digital platforms for the global marketing team, such as company websites, HubSpot, and social media. This is a newly created role for the right individual to own and mold. Ideal candidates are design savvy, well-rounded marketers with strong cross-team collaboration skills and the ability to develop and implement processes.
This position can be based in San Mateo, CA, New York, NY or remote and involves intermittent travel. This role will report to the Senior Director of Global Marketing, will have 3-4 direct reports, and creative agencies to support brand/design work. This individual will partner closely with sales and product marketing, as well as global business teams. This is a global role and will require travel on average once a quarter, as well as the occasional off hours calls to accommodate global teams and partners.
What you’ll do:
- In partnership with the Senior Director of Global Marketing, refine and coalesce the brand identity for AdsWizz and its suite of solutions, including its acquired assets.
- Ensure brand consistency in everything we do. For example, internal environments and materials such as intranets/wikis, internal comms docs, and new hire packages; and external environments such as website, sales enablement materials, brand campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Oversee all paid campaigns across all solutions and brands, ensuring messaging is clear for each of our offerings to the market, and that there is no overlap/conflict between campaigns.
- Oversee HubSpot – account creation, sales marketing support with automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Oversee all the brands websites – major and minor updates.
- Oversee social media – ensuring messaging, tone and look are on brand.
- Lead the digital and content marketing strategy in partnership with your direct reports and Senior Director of Global Marketing.
- Manage and support the digital and content marketing team to ensure they deliver on their KPIs.
- Manage external resources, such as an agency, for all the brands earned and paid campaigns. This includes developing creative briefs for internal and external purposes.
- Research and understand our market segments to inform campaign strategies and messaging nuances – this may include internationalization of campaigns.
- Oversee the generation of post-campaign analysis and evaluation to optimize future campaigns.
- Manage brand marketing budget to ensure assets have a long shelf life.
- Partner closely with sales marketing to ensure look, feel and tone of voice are consistent across all sales enablement materials.
- Partner with Senior Director of Global Marketing to manage branded promo programs that span across new hires, events, and holiday gifting.
What you’ll need:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in marketing or media/creative/marketing agency
- Knowledge of the media and advertising technology industry, audio experience a plus
- Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns and sponsored content
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as it relates to creating templates
- Design skills in Adobe Suite a plus
- Proven track record of executing brand campaigns with positive results
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM (Salesforce, Sugar CRM, etc.) a plus
- An effective communicator, written and verbal
- Data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to create and implement processes
- A natural project manager and lead with respect and partnership
- Adaptable and flexible, able to pivot with ease and a smile
- Very likely have an eye for design
- A fan of project management tools
- And equipped with a good sense of humor
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $121,600 to $146,500 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
