Administrative Assistant, Production

Renewal by Andersen of Colorado is seeking a Production Administrator to join our growing team!

We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and can commit to a full time office role with limited remote capacity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING – THE ROLE

    • Retrieve daily orders inputted into the shared drive by all Technicians and save to the electronic customer file on the shared drive.
    • Work in conjunction with HOA team and track progress to ensure HOA ordering.
    • Conduct ‘Ready to Order’ entry and reporting in/from system to determine product order capacity to determine weekly ordered units.
    • Match orders entered by Technicians from shared files to Sales Contract for order processing. Enter orders into various systems. Process all NSPRs (Non-standard product requests) and SPRs (Standard Product Requests). Verify order for accuracy and provide to secondary Order Processor for confirmation. Print all order confirmations from email system for scanning into shared drive/Customer files.
    • Track all orders in Enabled + system and determine warehouse capacity with warehouse management.
    • Scan all verified orders into customer’s electronic file on the shared drive.
    • Order Job In Progress units and report to Production Manager
    • Must have solid phone skills for directing incoming calls, can correctly help us address any one who comes to the front door of our main office directly and can support the production office/leaders as directed

WHAT YOU’LL BRING – THE PERSON

    • Ability to work with high volume order processing
    • Time Management and organizational skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Bi-lingual in Spanish/English encouraged to apply

$21 – $23 an hour

The compensation for this role is $21-$23/hr with monthly bonus
