Director, NA Account Services

Description

This position is part of the North America Account Services organization with direct accountability to North America Order To Cash and supporting North America Affiliate Brand Sales & Account Planning. Collectively, responsible for helping the North America region achieve Gross Shipment plans and maximize service levels.

TECHNOLOGY/PROCESS

  • Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure strong planning, execution and follow-up strategies are in place to deliver results.
  • Key Stakeholders include Brand Sales & Accounting Planning, Plant Operations, Transportation & supporting Supply Chain teams
  • Analyzes data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, insights and generates informational reporting that aid in decision making and key actions
  • Work with auditors on controls and compliance design and monitor SOX compliances for department are maintained and well documented
  • Balances network production and distribution capabilities to optimize service and cost as well as meeting internal & external customer needs
  • Drive continuous improvement of process by partnering with the IT, Data Enterprise, and Plant Operations to maximize order optimization opportunities with SAP & Order Management system enhancements
  • Logistic fundamentals with end-to-end order fulfillment (sales order and stock transit
  • orders), including Order to Cash / Event Management principles, Product allocation methodology, transportation principles with MOT selection and transit time
  • Establish priorities needed to support business activities and deliverables
  • Monitor daily outputs of orders and prepare high level summaries for order flow and activities
  • Gathers and monitors daily workflow across the channels to reconcile open orders and
  • Identify opportunity to accel work in to support the region on shipment financial goals
  • Support all North America DCs, North America affiliates and brands with monthly and quarterly Order To Cash Account Services objectives (30%)
  • Create and maintain trusted relationships with our retailer contacts, working collaboratively on implementing strategic initiatives to drive joint value improvements and efficiencies (30%)
  • Work closely with our sales & account planners, DC operations, retail buyers and supporting Supply Chain teams to manage order flow expectations, meet shipping revenue target and retailer receipt plans across all brands within ELC portfolio (20%)
  • Develop processes and continuous improvements on order fulfillment across all channels, business types and customer base (10%)
  • Manages communication and develop resolution action plan on escalations to aid in improving service level, on time shipping and discrepancy resolutions (10%)

Qualifications:

  • SAP experience
  • Project and Program Management
  • Continuous Improvement growth mindset
  • Warehouse Management System experience preferred
  • Understanding Supply Chain process flows and key stakeholders
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Process oriented with understanding of how transactions flow and the impacts across the network
  • Drive best in class process efficiencies while maintaining business confidentiality & continuity
  • Ability to take ownership in developing more efficient ways of working with internal and external partners and then lead a team in executing these plans

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $111,500 to 192,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
