Apogee is seeking a Desktop Support Systems Administrator for the Army’s Analytic Group (AAG) located in Fairfield, CA

What you will be doing:
- Create PowerShell Scripts and GUI Applications to automate administration
- Administrator NetBackup systems
- Provide desktop support administration both on and off site
- Respond to help tickets via AAG in-house ticketing system
- Active Directory user account management
- Build new System OS images based off of the Army’s AMG (Army Gold Master) image.
- Software maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Configuration and deployment of Windows workstation OS images utilizing third party image deployment software as well as ACAS scans and OS hardening per STIG regulations to facilitate image transfers to user workstations
- Assist Sr. Windows Administrators with workstation patching and updating servers on a monthly basis and as well as with server builds
- Implement Bitlocker Encryption security on systems both onsite and remote
- Facilities duties, as in UPS upkeep, maintenance, replacement of batteries, modules, etc
What you will need to have:
- Security Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience OR High School Diploma with 6+ years experience
- Advanced Bit Locker Security Suite Administration and Configuration;
- Intermediate DISA Gold, Army Gold Master Administration and Configuration (is preferred)
- Must be 8570 certified (Security+ or higher certification)

- This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The pay range for this position is $48,500 to $72,800 across the U.S. The starting base pay for this position will be between $65,736 and $94,000. There is also a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
