Aon is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager – HR Buyer to join the team.

The Growth Marketing Manager – HR Buyer and Human Capital Solutions will provide hands on marketing activation to generate demand for Aon solutions in North America. This role will manage and deliver aligned activities based on specific growth priorities in North America-with a dual sub-region and HR buyer focus. This role reports into our Growth Marketing HR Buyer Leader – North America and will liaison with solution line and commercial leaders to help implement a strategic marketing and communications plan that drives growth for Aon in North America.

This person will work closely with their counterparts on the North America Growth Marketing team, our Global Insights Marketing team as well as with colleagues across our Marketing & Communications Centers of Excellence (COE): Communications, Content, Events, Brand, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations to deliver a globally aligned and consistent Aon United program that drives Aon’s overall market position and client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partners with growth marketing colleagues to create and deliver integrated demand programs that generate marketing qualified leads for the business
  • Working closely with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications COE, manages event strategy, go to market program design and delivery, and sales material development and support
  • Key liaison between business/commercial leaders and the North America Marketing and Communications function regarding business marketing needs and reporting
  • Liaison with Planning and Go to Market Strategy team regarding analysis and overall metrics and reporting on programs
  • Act as an Aon brand ambassador who is closely aligned with the “Aon Story”, encompassing brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling

Experience & Competencies:

  • 5-7 years minimum of professional B2B and marketing communications experience
  • Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to implement programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Understanding of business analytics, measurement, and dashboards.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and ability to impact outcomes in a matrixed environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills with ability to use data to develop and measure programs.
  • HR Buyer, Health, Talent or Human Capital marketing experience a plus, but not required.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is targeted between $110,000 – 120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual bonus in addition to base salary.
