POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the 360 creative execution of collection launch materials including advertising, direct mail, in-store collateral, co-op advertising, promotions, and digital for global programs and special projects. The individual will develop and distribute assets on a global basis and work closely with local markets to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to.
Also partner with cross-functional digital team, conceptualize, produce and execute on-brand creative content for all digital/social platforms. Ability to produce quickly and prolifically, while reacting to trends and helping to continually evolve the brand’s platforms.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Executive Director to develop ideas and concepts (print, digital, video).
- Responsible for the execution of impactful design concepts for print and digital programs.
- Collaborate with Copywriters on project development.
- Drive global concepts from inception to execution.
- Present concept executions to VP/Creative. Assist in presenting to Marketing and Senior Management. Liaise with Marketing and Creative Operations during project development.
- Assist Executive Director in art directing photo shoots of approved visual concepts.
- Apply approved concept directions to the design of all program elements for global and local markets.
- Collaborate with VP/Creative Director, Visual Merchandising team and affiliate design teams to develop in-store merchandising elements for global markets.
- Direct and execute all phases of design, revisions, mechanical production, and artwork release.
- Design Public Relations (PR) materials for and collaborate with PR event visual direction as needed.
- Participate in weekly Creative department status meetings and coordinate on a daily basis with other members of the Creative and Creative Operations teams as needed.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Origins brand, its heritage, customers, products, and retail environments.
- Proofreads and checks all print proofs for print collateral.
- Track and quality control projects from approved layout to release.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of related experience with strong print and digital design background including concept development and production.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Strong ability to successfully communicate design direction and strategy to Marketing and Senior Management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and is able to work with a range of disciplines (marketing, creative, productions, etc.).
- Superior knowledge on skills with Adobe Suits; knowledge of video a plus.
- Exceptional understanding of graphic and functional aspects of web design and ability to execute.
- Expert knowledge of typography, color, usability, layout, production, and other design principles.
- Conceptual thinking and hands-on design skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to organize and manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines (ability to multi-task).
- Minimal travel as needed for press approvals and retail site visits.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $133,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
