You Are:

UST is looking for a Java Developer to build end-to-end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

The Opportunity:

  • Responsible for developing architecture frameworks using JEE technologies
  • Maintain and improve existing applications
  • Assist in the development of standards, procedures, and guidelines to improve the development process, Agile SCRUM delivery methodology
  • Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and architects to plan, design, and develop the JEE-based applications and Microservices using Spring Boot
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 plus years experience in project management
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and execution of Agile project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Application development exp in Java 7/8, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot the following industry-recognized software development life cycle-
  • Experience with designing and developing microservices
  • Restful based applications, Java 7, Java 8, functional aspects, Spring Framework It is important that the resources are familiar with the current Spring platform and its capabilities, Spring Boot, Spring Integration Spring Data, Swagger, Tomcat 8, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, Git, Mountebank, Postman/Newman

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

Remote: $48,000-$72,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
