Summary
The General Laborer possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of manufacturing and warehouse work. General Laborer performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with solid work experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure (preferred)
- Reporting: Must accurately report daily production
- Stamina: Employee can expect long hours on their feet in a non-climate-controlled environment. They must be willing and able to work ANY shift, which may include weekends and overtime.
- Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items
- Attention to Detail: Paying attention to the job at hand is necessary
- Quality: This position will have a major emphasis on quality
- Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Must be physically able to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate air tools, sanders, grinders, drills, etc.
- Hand product onto conveyor line in the most efficient manner possible.
- Verify product color from information supplied by material handler, leadman or supervisor.
- Package product per PlayCore specifications.
- Use hand staplers, air staplers and other packaging equipment.
- Responsible for completing 5s around work area.
