Renewal by Andersen of Arizona is seeking a Production Administrator to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING – THE ROLE
- Scheduling Production Manager’s Weeks
- Interacting with homeowners via phone for scheduling
- Metric/Data tracking for each installation crew
- Providing weekly/monthly data to Director of Production for improvement/efficiency opportunity
- Assisting Installation Payroll Admin in collecting and accurately submitting installer payroll, weekly
- Planning and organizing Quarterly events for AZ installation teams
- Ensuring installation schedule is resourced properly for the upcoming week
- Helping us address anyone who comes to the front door of our main office directly and can support the production office/leaders as directed
WHAT YOU’LL BRING – THE PERSON
- Must have solid phone skills for directing incoming calls
- Time Management and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- High literacy/competency in Microsoft Excel is a must with the amount of data collection and inputting.
- Customer service experience necessary due to scheduling appointments with homeowners
- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English encouraged to apply

Pay: The compensation for this role is $20-$22/hr with monthly bonus potential.
