ENGIE North America is seeking a eMobility Program Manager. (Internally titled as a Project Management Advisor). The Program Management Advisor is responsible for managing services delivered to Engie’s eMobility customers utilizing our charge management software.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the onboarding of new eMobility customers in several different Charge Management Software tools including:
- Activation of new Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE’s)
- Creation of drivers and vehicles
- Create utility tariffs
- Set up reporting as needed for the customer, grant programs, Low Carbon Fuel Standards (LCFS)
- Create and maintain commissioning documentation for each site
- Manage the operation of customer eMobility equipment to ensure maximum availability and utilization
- Track and resolve EVSE alarms
- Create service tickets for charger failures with a variety of service providers
- Generate and deliver usage reports to customers as needed
- Ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled and performed for EVSE equipment at prescribed intervals
- Create and maintain tools used to document charger commissioning processes
- Work with Engie’s eMobility development team in the standardization and selection of EVSE equipment
- Coordinate with Engie’s Digital Monitoring team to ensure new equipment is compatible with existing data collection systems
- Must adhere to all required federal, state and local laws/statutes, as applicable to this role
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum of Seven (7) years’ experience in related field, including training and/or certifications
- Fleet transportation experience is a plus (municipal, K-12, higher education)
- Understanding of contract scopes of work, and alignment with subcontractor scopes of work
- Clear technical communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Collaborative, communicative, generous with information sharing. The position must work very closely with Customer Transportation Directors, Engie Construction Managers, Project Managers and the Customer Care Team
- Candidate should be familiar with Open Charge Point Protocal (OCPP) protocols, Electric Vehicle (EV) charging concepts, cellular data communication, and data networking
- Candidate should understand how utility metering and tariff concepts impact the cost of EV Charging. (Energy, Demand, Time Of Use (TOU), Seasonal)
- Candidate should understand electrical principles involved with EV charging
- Candidate should easily master software tools

- Must hold a valid driver’s license

- Up to 25% travel, with occasional overnight stays

- Salary Range: $92,395.00 – $236,600 USD annually
- Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
- In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
