Product Owner II

What You’ll Do

As a Product Owner II joining our NQ Operations team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and IT partners to drive our business outcomes and customer experience to the next level!

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with agile team members and other product owners to successfully validate and implement solutions for customers and business teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and business partners to adequately represent their goals.
  • Show confidence in understanding of the product and future strategy.
  • Develop product vision, roadmap, and content presentations that represent a balance of product direction and customer/stakeholder needs.
  • Review and prioritize backlog as part of preparatory work for sprint planning, including coordination of dependencies with other product owners.
  • Challenge status quo, encourage innovation, be open-minded and approachable.
  • Leverage data, customer insights and industry trends to drive decision making.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, plus 6+ years related experience
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills required including the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Solid strategic thinking, collaboration and decision-making skills required

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$77400 – $147600 / year
Additional Information

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
