Under general supervision perform office administrative support work of considerable difficulty in the issuance of construction and connection permits.

Essential Functions: Locates wye locations, read plans to ascertain length of lines, size and type of structures to be constructed for sewer inventory; ascertain that all easements and permission to connect have been received and all connection fees received; ascertain that all provisions of approved plans have been adhered to; estimate and receive inspection fees, permit fees and required deposits; issue construction and connection permits and prepare instructions for field inspectors; determine types and sizes of sewers and appropriate types of connections; provide information on the availability, location, flowline elevation, etc., of existing sewer lines within District boundaries; perform related clerical functions; maintain records and prepare reports.
Additional Responsibilities: Performs related duties as required or as delegated by supervisors.
