HR Generalist I – Benefits

The role | The HR Generalist – Benefits is responsible for….

  • Conducts benefit orientations on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Processes all new enrollments
  • Communicates all employee coverage stop dates to driver and non-driver payroll departments.
  • Performs day-to-day administration of health, life, dental, FSA and disability insurance.
  • Distributes annual open enrollment information to employees.
  • Completes monthly billing reconciliation.
  • Ensures required notices and mailings are sent out in a timely manner and to all required recipients.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What it takes:

  • 2-5 years general HR experience or equivalent training
  • High level of proficiency in using different and changing computer systems
  • Self-directed work ethic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
