Wachter is accepting applications for Equipment Rental Coordinator in our Lowell office. This position provides project management and operational support.

Requirements:

    • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Proficient with the use of personal computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
    • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

    • Support Project Managers with daily operational tasks for multiple projects.
    • Provide administrative and logistical project support during and after normal business hours and on weekends.
    • Work with onsite technicians to locate, troubleshoot, or operate lifts
    • Organize and follow up ensuring all the equipment is delivered/picked up in a timely manner.
    • Create and maintain project files.
    • Document missing equipment or material.
    • Provide customer and Wachter project management team with status updates daily or weekly.
    • Emphasis on risk mitigation and problem-solving.
    • Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.
    • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
    • Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA.

$15 – $18 an hour
