We are currently hiring restaurant managers in the DFW area! This company is BOOMING nationwide with several locations opening in 2023. The right candidate will have a mix of corporate and independent experience and have some back of the house exposure in addition to front of the house.
The restaurant manager is in charge of overseeing restaurant and beverage operations in the front of the house. This person will be responsible for the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve sales objectives, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing in full service restaurant with $6M+ annual sales volume
- Experience with corporate systems and SOPs
- Willingness and eagerness to work some late nights during the week
- Proven leadership ability, willingness to continue honing your skills
- Hospitality Management degree is a plus, not required
- Proficient in scheduling and payroll
- Experience managing labor cost for the FOH
- Experience with scheduling staff and scheduling software(s)
- POS system management
- Experience with inventory and ordering product
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word
Benefits
$55,000-$65,000 base salary
