Volt is immediately hiring for Solution Marketing in Pleasanton, San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Mateo OR Boulder, CO. The role is hybrid.
As a Solution Marketing you will:
- work across the team in support of our clients’ global go-to-market and sales enablement strategies to support our expansive growth.
- You will be responsible for managing our clients’ growing repository of marketing messages and contributing to cross-functional projects while maintaining a good rapport with our global Solution Marketing stakeholders. You’ll be working effectively across multiple virtual teams.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, grow your Solution and Product Marketing competencies, and work closely with top-notch marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow, and operationalize the repository of marketing messages and awards.
- Support the go-to-market strategy for strategic initiatives including managing internal and external collateral development, competitive research, and testing messages.
- Work on cross-functional and collaborative campaigns and support the launch of programs to ensure successful product rollouts with the highest commercial impact.
- Support the execution of cross-functional campaigns in support of effective sales and pre-sales enablement programs.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the Solution Marketing and Corporate Marketing departments in support of the launch of market-leading events and customer and prospect campaigns
- Help develop creative and compelling content, including product documentation, videos, webinars, presentations, FAQs, and sales sheets.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.
- Ability to write concisely and effectively communicate internally and externally. Distill detail into key messages and create impactful marketing messages.
- Plan, structure and execute complex projects, working effectively in matrixed environments across multiple virtual teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally.
- Experience developing marketing or sales collateral.
- Objectivity and openness to others’ views and continuously builds a positive team spirit.
- Celebrates teamwork and thrives in a collaborative culture.
- Creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with ability to execute.
Pay Rate: $45.00- $49.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
