Renewals Specialist

OVERVIEW

At the heart of our work here at Automox is our drive to raise the world’s security confidence. We are seeking a results-driven Renewals Specialist to join our world-class renewals team. You will evangelize our modern endpoint management cloud platform to our customers ensuring they fully recognize the value year over year.

This role requires a self-motivated individual, and great teammate who is passionate about SaaS, actively participates in driving customer delight, and loves to help clients expand their success with software solutions. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work within a team to drive customer retention through their outstanding knowledge of SaaS products in the IT and Security Ops space (or equivalent experience). If that doesn’t sound like enough fun, we’re looking for candidates with the desire, and comfort, to step into a newly formed renewal role that they themselves will help shape and influence.

THE FUN STUFF

    • Drive Automox’s existing business revenue growth through renewal opportunities primarily in our commercial customer cohort. (Opportunity ARR is typically $5K or less.)
    • Develop relationships with accounts to understand continually evolving business needs.
    • Coordinate with CSM and New Business teams to resolve customer concerns and issues.
    • Identify revenue risks, potential churn or contraction.
    • Maintain customer database integrity, maintain complete/accurate records of sales activity in the support system.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

    • 1-2 years of renewal or equivalent experience in the software Security or IT Operations industry.
    • Self-starter, proactive, organized, motivated, responsible with a passion for customer engagement.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, professional and confident phone/email skills.
    • Possess an affinity for SaaS.
    • Practice and preach efficiency and have an intuition for opportunity.
    • Demonstrated track record of success.
    • You take what you do seriously, but you do not take yourself seriously. Those without a sense of humor need not apply.

$70,000 – $80,000 a year

Base pay is part of a rich total compensation package that includes commissions, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate’s direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location. This position is on a 80/20 split.
