SAP Ariba Functional Analyst – Remote

We are currently seeking an SAP Ariba Functional Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management Team. This position can be located anywhere in the United States with preference to locations in Salt Lake City, UT or Houston, TX.

The successful candidate must have experience configuring and supporting SAP Ariba applications in both functional and administrative roles. The successful candidate has proven analytical thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Solutions is mandatory (SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, Invoicing, and Ariba Network)
  • Experience resolving problems working with Ariba (SAP) through Service Requests
  • ERP knowledge and Financial Institution experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in the following applications are nice to have: SharePoint, Oracle EBS, RSA Archer
  • Understand new business requirements, design, propose and implement Ariba centric solutions including process changes
  • Experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting Ariba solutions
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills, advance planning and time management skills are a must
  • Ability to document all processes, templates, and steps
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree and
  • 2-4+ years experience in project management processes, methodologies and tools, resource and changes management practices and techniques or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Salary range depending on experience and location $85,000 to $110,000.
