The Sr Program Manager will be part of our Service Operation Team and is a key link between Amazon and the end Customer. You will own the strategy and operational performance of one of our new, high growth programs that has visibility to senior leadership. You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing expansion opportunities, establishing and reporting on success criteria (e.g., speed, reliability, cost), and determining program enhancements required to scale the business. You will regularly deep dive issues to determine the root cause and partner with stakeholders for resolution. You will work closely with Operations, Product, and Business team members to drive alignment toward our goals. This high visibility role will require Senior Executive communication and influencing while working with stakeholders across Retail, Operations, HR, Tech and Finance.

Our team is focused on building solutions to enable large enterprise B2B customers to research, discover and buy business, industrial and scientific products in large catalogs; across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, businesses and institutions that buy in either high frequency or in bulk quantities. Our customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer base.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience – from the visual interface to the back end services. You will be working with new technologies that improve usability and increase performance and scalability. You will help redefine normal for this segment of the market. You will help translate business requirements to technical deliverables and deliver operationally stable solution that provide good customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of ICQA AM and hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Corporate buildings
• Create innovative reporting/visibility, best practices through SOP creation, updating Standard Work (SW) documentation within Amazon training systems
• Proactively identify, deep dive, and resolve issues that may impair the program’s ability to meet performance and growth goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business, and Product teams to triage issues, track progress on program improvements, and create internal and external communications collateral
• Run the weekly business review, including identifying callouts, metric bridges, and action items
• Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing external customer experience, business priorities, and resource constraints.
• Build, develop, and manage the program roadmap for critical operational and product improvements for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate network wide roll out of program and adoption of performance monitoring mechanisms with service providers
• Drive alignment between senior leaders including resourcing, legal risk, growth investments, and onboarding speed.
• Operate autonomously; drive multiple programs end-to-end including business goals, expansion plans, and supporting product launches.
• Drive process improvements and develop team members’ ability to keep pace with our rapid growth, while motivating others and reducing employee turnover

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
