Overview
This role will be responsible for PFNA Compute & Cloud infrastructure delivery and transformation. PepsiCo Foods North America (Frito-Lay US & Canada and Quaker Oats US & Canada) is going through cloud transformation, moving from distributed on-premise localized solutions for inventory management, logistics, manufacturing, sales, reporting, and other tools. This role is critical to the success of PepsiCo’s cloud journey and will be on the frontline with application owners, compute, and cloud engineering and architecture. This role will manage a $10MM annual OPEX budget supporting ~400 field locations across the US and Canada, as well as PFNA specific applications in centralized data centers. This role will manage relationships, RFP, and SOW creation and management with multiple 3rd party managed service organizations to help deliver a successful transformation. Post transformation this role will work closely with key business leaders and CIO partners to develop new cloud environments, maintain environment currency and plan refresh of environments year over year to ensure all application environments are sustainable and supportable.
Responsibilities
What Will you work on:
- Lead, delivery AOP and out-of-cycle pursuit efforts for SAP HCM projects
- Lead multi year initiative to align SAP HCM Payroll to the PepsiCo Global template
- Look forward and Identify risks, highlight issues along with mitigation plan
- Support of technical implementation of business requirements as a sustainable program
- Collaborate with Sector IT Leads and NASS business teams to plan and deliver SAP HCM Change Calendar
- Manage both baseline and investment budgets within forecast accuracy guidelines, plan and mitigate risks and challanges and report financial issues and challenges.
- Develop business proposal estimates with cost-benefit analysis
- Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives
- Identify and deliver key metrics and reporting tools
- Write and review statements of work with a focus on fixed bid delivery model to reduce cost and complexity
- Partner with procurement to author, review and revise RFP and SOW documents
- Communicate and report to Sr. management on program status and updates
- Manage and develop direct reports to grow and become successful future leaders
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,300 – $177,850
• Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
With strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time
Years of Experience
- 10 -15 years of SAP HCM Payroll support and/or multiple full life cycle implementations
- 5+ years project management
- 2+ years of people management
TechSkills
- Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration
- Knowledge of US/CA taxation including the use of BSI Tax Factory
- Functional knowledge of financial posting that includes PPMOD
- Extensive experience in Gross to Net payroll
- Experience using SAP Solution manager, ServiceNow and other supporting tools
NonTechSkills
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to communicate and articulate to LG1-LG3 leadership
- Proven ability to prioritize work and delegate deliverables to a team of employees and contractors
- Expert level of Safe Agile framework
