Reuben’s Eats Shift Lead

Position summary:
Reuben’s Eats is expanding to our new location on Fremont Avenue, presenting the need for this role. This role will report to the Head of Retail and Taprooms. The Eats Shift Lead reports to the Head of Taprooms and Retail and is responsible for assisting with and executing the daily, weekly and monthly tasks. The person will be responsible for tasks delegated to them by the Head of Taprooms and will act as the Manager on Duty as assigned. They will be responsible for managing the workflow in the kitchen, prep in the commissary and kitchen and ensuring excellent service. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills and an advocate for our team. As this is a position for a new location, this role will play an integral part in creating new standard operating procedures and executing a new menu and creative vision.

We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, have two brewhouses with two tasting rooms, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest. In 2022 we brewed 27,000 BBLs.

Physical demands include but are not limited to: Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Often lift or move 50+ pounds.
