The Traffic and Marketing Tech Creator Growth team’s goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce influencers and associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. We are a new org focused on products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. We own the Creator products across Amazon to ensure a cohesive experience, experiment with, align compensation structure, and launch features that reinforce feelings of achievement for Creators in addition to monetary compensation. We seek to strengthen creators’ sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops.
In this role, you will own specific Creator engagement channels across email, push, and on-site experiences. You will be responsible for building compelling campaigns specific to a creator, aimed to help creators maximize earnings, and build their business on Amazon. This includes identifying the right messages to share at the right times based on seasonal events, deal timeframes, education, product launches, data trends, and more. You will be responsible for identifying and executing testing strategies (including but not limited to A/B testing) to optimize campaigns, and analyze results weekly, monthly, seasonally, etc. You will support scaling successful initiatives with automation and also internationally. You will identify solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability through communication channels.
You will be able to earn trust and collaborate with other marketers on Creator Growth, product manager, analytics team members, cross-function partners outside of the Creator space, and more. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify and execute weekly campaigns that drive Creator engagement, resulting in an increase in creator sales on Amazon
- Identify and build semi-automated campaigns based on a Creator’s lifecycle stage or action, aimed to increase engagement with tailored communication.
- Refine and Extend Onboarding Series for Influencers and Associates
- Evolve the push notifications program for Influencers and Associates
- Lead segmentation testing for emails
- Input into and execute upon high velocity sale event email and push strategy
- Streamline email templates
- Support scaling marketing initiatives to international countries, working closely with product, marketing, and tech partners
- Accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- 2+ years in email or lifecycle marketing experience in digital marketing, executing and optimizing campaigns based on A/B tests and output results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in social commerce and relentless curiosity for “what’s next”

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
