About the Role
TWE seeks and experienced Manager, Consumer Insights to drive our Portfolio Management Review and new product development (NPD) innovation processes with consumer segmentation insights. This role will also be responsible for driving commercialization of all new items by leveraging data insights to track and determine success of launch while uncovering future opportunities trends in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management Review Process: In this role, you will drive the process and content of our portfolio strategy review and its alignment to consumer segmentation, specifically where we see demand across all NPD. You will be responsible for maintaining our new product launch process from production to market and maintaining the commercialization calendar, which includes marketing support material, product information, volume produced, and launch dates. You will also run post analysis of 30/60/90 new item performance & assessment of success and implement test & learn market scenarios, in addition to regionally focused strategies.
- Concept Testing and Innovation Opportunities: You will partner with our innovation functions across our global teams to identify potential concept testing for Treasury Americas and engage with our Brand Marketing teams to identify brand & innovation challenges and opportunities. You will be responsible for ensuring the innovation opportunities identified support the business’ growth ambitions and category growth drivers. You will also partner with outside vendors to unlock new rising trends and explore options for innovation across LATAM and Canada on existing and new brand innovation.
- Consumer Insights: Ssupport consumer insight across our commercial business / be the advocate of the consumer.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- You have a minimum Minimum 5 years of experience in Research/Insights function in Consumer-Packaged Goods. Alcohol or Wine experience desired but not required.
- You have a proven track record of influence at the senior level and providing actionable insights.
- You have experience with IRI or AC Nielsen reporting and analysis, or similar systems.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Innovation background is highly desired but not required.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $105,000 to $129,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of the San Francisco Bay Area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
