This position reports to the Creative Ops Resourcing Senior Manager located in Skillman, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

What You Will Do

Are you a self-starter and a confident leader who can represent Design on a cross-functional team, guiding them to deliver intelligent, people-centered solutions. You will manage key projects, achieving the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. You will engage with the project teams to identify and address critical path or roadblock issues and develop mitigation plans accordingly and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
• You will work with cross-functional teams to plan and manage several moderate scale, high-priority projects

o Guide and facilitate project teams through the Design project workflow process and ensure that activities are properly completed for each assigned milestone

o Push project status summaries up to Design Leadership, so they are aware of portfolio and/or segment health

o Support project team in ensuring that project information (such as scope, goals, resource analyses) are properly documented and archived in the portfolio database
• You naturally develop strong positive relationships with peer groups and key stakeholders within Design and external partners, to be able to share, teach and institutionalize new PMO tools, systems and procedures
• You will share and learn best practices within Design to help improve project team effectiveness and efficiency
• You will further help maintain portfolio management database for data completeness and accuracy

o Analyze portfolio data to create reports and dashboards for your segment

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

• A minimum of 6 years work experience required, with combined experience in one or more of the following functional areas preferred: design operations, digital development (apps / websites), IT, research and development, marketing, and/or operational function
• Direct experience working in a brand-focused Design org or department is required
• Experience managing projects using Microsoft Project and any other work management tools is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills is essential for success in the role and is required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

Desired Qualifications
• Project Management Training (Waterfall and Agile) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred
• Direct experience in new product development through launch for consumer products, pharma or medical device, and experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000 – $142,000
