Summary
To enhance the Rochester Knighthawks fan experience by servicing as the primary personality for the team during home games and scheduled events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as one of the primary fan-facing personalities for all Knighthawks home games
- Serve as a Knighthawks ambassador at all home games, play an active role in all in-game entertainment, and interact with fans of all ages
- Execute in-arena promotions, contests, and other activations as set forth in the game-by -game script and rundown
- Attend all relevant game-day meetings
- Attend scheduled non-game day and offseason events as one of the voices of the Rochester Knighthawks; this includes potential community and sponsored events
- Host special pre-game events for home games
- Promote a positive fan experience and work as part of a creative team
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
- Attendance at all home games and special events for the entire Knighthawks season. Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and team schedule
- Knowledge of the Rochester Knighthawks brand, lacrosse, and game production
- Strong on-camera presence emanating excitement, professionalism, and approachability, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Self-starter, dedicated, and highly motivated
- Ability to take feedback and implement into performance
- Able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time
- Some public speaking experience is necessary
- Improv experience is a plus

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $25.00 – $30.00, NOTE: Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set and internal equity.

Audition Date
Invitations will be sent to potential candidates that are invited to attend an in arena audition.
