The Morgan Stanley Structured Investments team is looking for an associate / junior VP level hire to join the franchise. This new hire will join the team’s client coverage vertical called Advisor Sales, which focuses on the origination and distribution of Structured Investments to Independent Broker Dealers (IBDs) and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

Qualifications:

The responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

– Pricing and origination of Structured Investment

– Day-to-day client coverage

– Assisting with the implementation of the team’s broader strategic initiatives into the IBD and RIA channel.

This new hire should work well as a member of a team, be willing and able to handle a fast-paced work environment and heavy workload on a daily basis and bring a broader problem solving approach towards both client and internal platform development. This new hire should have 3-5 years of experience within the Structured Investments space.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
