Job Responsibilities:
- Manage teams to develop scalable enablement frameworks and ensure operational success.
- Identify actionable initiatives, programs, and metrics to curate and deliver content, process, and tools
- Enable and measure end to end success of field readiness from lead generation to deal close
- Report ROI and feedback to sales leadership
- Collaborate cross functionally with leaders in sales ops, marketing, product management, services, corporate communications, HR, and training to increase revenue
- Equip and enable new sellers with knowledge, skils, and tools to accelerate ramp to productivity
- Curate business and technical content framework by relevance to the audience
- Deliver knowledge and skills through on-demand learning, virtual and in person workshops
- Share best practices in pipeline development and win / loss evaluation
- Continuous sales talent development
- Partner with sales management to conduct benchmark assessments of sellers throughout their career
- Provide guidance for sales manager coaching
Required Qualifications:
- Driven, analytical, creative problem solver
- Proven record of accountability and quality execution, accomplished independently or collaboratively
- Ability to relate to the audience with strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Insatiable curiosity and love of product technology
- Ability to influence with a high energy, confident, engaging, and inspiring personality
- Understand the sales role and able to convey customer centric selling approach
- Expertise with sales tool stack such as prospecting, CRM, readiness platforms, content management
- BA or BS in a business or technical discipline
- 5+ years experience in leading modern enablement teams for sales, technical, and partner delivery, with 10+ years collective in two of three following roles:
- Sales facilitation
- Quota carrying direct or channel sales
- Product marketing or product management
Desirable Qualifications or High Potential:
- Versed in with marketing and sales enablement toolstack
- Versed in with sales process (CRM), sales messaging (Challenger) and sales methodology (MEDDICC)
- Versed in sales engagement into the NPI process
- Ability to travel 20-50% (typically 1-3 days at a time)
Minimum Salary: $151,800.00
Maximum Salary:$232,760.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $151,800.00 and $232,760.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
