Footwear & Gear Product Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Footwear & Gear Team’s Product Manager/Director Product Management in the day-to-day tasks and take lead on assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports Product Management in running re-occurring reporting
  • Subject Matter Expert for Product Management in maintaining Development Line Plan data entry into PLM
  • Coordinate data for Product Management assignments
  • Contribute to Visual Line Plan data entry and maintenance
  • Attend product collaboration meetings and distribute minutes and action items
  • Supports collaboration with cross functional partners and product teams by supporting Product Management team in action item tasks
  • Supports Product Management in preparation for Product Roadmap meetings through Go To Market process.
  • Supports research & market analysis for seasonal line planning/ideation and briefs
  • Supports on bid spec initiation through to communicating publication
  • Supports CPM team on new market opportunities for product categories
  • Supports on data entry in ERP of product lifecycle final seasons

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree or Fashion Design, Merchandising or related degree from an accredited Technical College or 4 years related work experience in a similar role.
  • 1-2 years work experience in product creation environment
  • Highly skilled in MS Outlook tools including Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet target deadlines

Pay Range: $18 – $22 per hour plus bonus
