Position Summary
The Analyst position on the Performance Media and Measurement (PMM) team, is tasked with supporting audience strategy and reporting analytics functions by supporting the team responsible for data operations at J3. That data operations role balances a technical understanding of projects involving data delivery and maintenance, but also the media marketplace, to help manage processes and troubleshoot issues as they arrive. This analyst position is best filled by someone with an interest in learning detailed processes that support effective media executions.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain data validation reports across multiple media channels to ensure data integrity and accuracy (general data QAs)
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and coordinate with respective stakeholders (ad hoc data QA’s/gaps or issues in BOLT or Domo)
• Work closely with various teams to develop dashboard visualizations and reports to fuel insights and drive improvements (Domo/Tableau dashboards, help with ad hoc requests related to dashboards or data deliveries)
• Assist in key workstreams tied to media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution (friendly name mappings, discrepancy tracker, handling comms for MMM)
• Collaborate on projects with data engineering team to develop/maintain ETLs processes (communicate details on changes needed to existing ETLs or help develop blueprints for new builds)
Desired Skills & Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a priority)
• Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau/Domo
• Strong data analysis skills
• Knowledgeable/experience with digital media platforms and tools (ie: DCM, SA360, etc.)
• Knowledgeable/experience in SQL/RedShift, or other data management tools (Python a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Internship in paid media or data operations

The salary range for this position is $62,500 to $67,500. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
