Salary Range: $58,719 – $71,606 (Minimum to Midpoint)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in relevant field
- Three (3) years’ experience working with students with behavior needs, including students with Autism or emotional disabilities
- Experience providing professional development to campus staff
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Licensed Behavor Analyst
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Fundamental knowledge of IDEA and special education policies
- Strong ability to:
- Collect and analyze data
- Coach and model evidence-based strategies, sometimes during moment of escalation
- Create and support behavior intervention plans
- Create and support campus crisis plans
