Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Analyst with the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the companies that utilize Xaxis’ technology suite and must work flawlessly to maintain key business relationships with agencies, publishers, and direct advertisers. Within this role, you’ll gain exposure to successfully setting up and trafficking advertising campaigns, as well as managing and prioritizing action items for campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Oversee timely implementation and QA of online media campaigns for clients and across Xaxis’ product offerings
- Work closely with all account and trading teams to develop tagging strategies, and execute campaign launches in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot any creative, pixel-related, or verification related questions from our clients
- Act as a consultant to educate account teams on best practices for campaign setup, data collection, technology, and platform use
- QA and troubleshoot creative HTML tags and site tags
- Complete requests in internal data management platforms
- Demonstrate general knowledge of DSP & SSP partners: Xandr, TTD, DV360, Amazon, and all other platforms
- Maintain effective volume and timeliness of completed salesforce cases
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics or engineering OR Associate’s degree with at least 1 year of experience (including Internships) within the online advertising industry with a focus on trafficking and operations
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Javascript in an advertising context
- Strong Excel skills to review and analyze advertising reporting data
- Experience with one or more ad servers or trading platforms preferred (DCM, Sizmek, AdForm, DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
