We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage a small number of named enterprise accounts on our EdTech East team. The ideal candidate has terrific reputation for overachieving quota while focusing on the customer. This individual should possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers, engineers, and IT architects.
Key job responsibilities
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory and industry vertical.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Accelerate customer adoption.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Manage contract negotiations.
Ensure customer satisfaction
Willing to travel 25%+ to customer locations within the U.S.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives.
